There has been a terrible accident in Korea…
A ship that had more than 400 passengers sank in the ocean.
According to the news, ９people died and around 280 people are missing.
This accident has been broadcasted in Korea all day.
It is so sad I can’t watch it any more.
I can’t imagine how devastated the families of missing people, mostly high school students are.
I really hope there will be more survivors from the ship. I don’t know how but we need a miracle now.
I needed some image that could soothe my sadness. The most relaxing time is around sunset to me.
I pray for the missing people to be saved so they can enjoy this beautiful time of the day again.
Also I pray for the people who left us. Rest in peace…
A few days ago, I brought my 6kg dog to the vet for a general checkup.
He spent about 45 minutes with the vet then came out.
We had to wait a little while for the result but my dog didn’t want to stay there any longer.
The fence in front of the gate was too high.
The only thing he could step on to get a little closer to the gate was the scale.
He kept going up there showing his weight to the world.
Ok honey, you need to lose some weight. :-D
He is 10 years old now. Fortunately he is pretty healthy for his age. I hope he will stay with us for a long time.
I love you Ddol-e!!
Near my home there was a house that had a gorgeous Magnolia tree.
Every time I went out for a walk with my dog we enjoyed the beautiful tree that made the area so bright.
When its flowers began falling, I could feel almost the end of Spring.
Today, I saw that house was demolished and the tree along with it.
The house had no meaning to me but knowing that the tree was gone for good, I felt sadness.
I’m sure that even if they build a tall-new-fancy building, it won’t have the beauty like before.
Good bye Magnolia…
New Jersey from a train to D.C. at dawn.
A year ago today, I went to Washington D.C. with my best-friend. It was such a good trip even though it was super cold and windy. I can’t wait to see what it would be like a year from today. :-)
See You in PyeongChang!
Sochi winter olympic is ended now and it has been exciting time.
The next winter olympic will be held in PyeongChang, S.Korea!
I can’t wait to see all the great athletes playing their best in PyeongChang.
Check my gorgeous new kendo uniform out!
I got them from my wonderful boyfriend for Valentine’s day last week.
Order was placed on Valentine’s day and I wore them for the first time today. It felt and looked fantastic!
I want to practice even harder now. :-D
After practicing kendo, I got a free coffee from a small gym next to my dojo, where they were promoting.
When I was walking home holding that coffee, I was thinking about when I was in Paris walking everywhere holding Paul’s coffee and camera. It was so nice and so was this morning. :-)
I packed my love in a box and sent it to my boyfriend today. (with some other goods :-D) It doesn’t matter whether you are physically with your loved one or not. The most important thing is how much you love her/him. Even though I’m not with my boyfriend this Valentine’s day, I still feel his love for me. I hope my box will be delivered to him safely. :)
About to enter my dojo.
I don’t like being outside in the evening because it’s too loud in Seoul, but I love how cold and quiet the city is at dawn.
I wish winter were longer so I can enjoy my favorite time further into the year. During summer, dawn comes too early… :)
